Catering can be confusing- but it doesn't have to be. We've gathered all the important questions we've got asked over the years and put them all right here for you. If you think of something else just let us know!

How many bites are included in your per person pricing?
Great question! You’ll receive at least two of each bite per guest, unless otherwise specified. This ensures there's plenty to go around for everyone to enjoy!
Are plates, napkins, silverware included?
Nope. But you can add them for $2pp. Just let us know and we will send you an invoice.

Are warming dishes included?
For full service, everything is included—if there’s a hot item on your menu, we’ll provide chafing dishes to keep everything warm.
For pickup or delivery, chafing dishes are not included by default, but you can easily add them to your order here.
Do you offer allergy accommodating menus?
Absolutely! We offer allergy-friendly menu options and can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and more.
Just let us know any specific allergies or dietary needs in advance, and we’ll ensure your guests have safe and delicious options to enjoy!
What does "Full Service" include?
Full Service is the whole package. We handle setup, custom styling, and cleanup (just for the buffet/food spread). Please note, we do not offer bussing at this time. A 20% service fee is added to the invoice for all full-service events.
Prefer to skip the full service but still want delicious food? No problem! Most of our menus are available for delivery or pickup from the West Bottoms.
What if I don't need the full service setup?
Totally! You can skip the extra expense and simply have us drop off the same menu directly to your venue or event. Or, if it's more convenient, feel free to pick it up right in the West Bottoms.

How soon in advance should we book?
It’s a bit of a complex question, but we always recommend booking as early as possible. Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, so it’s best to secure your date today!
Do you offer add on drink packages?
At this time, we don't offer alcoholic beverages.
However, we do offer drink stations and a mobile drink cart for your event. Includes soda, tea, water and more. Feel free to reach out for more details!

I hear you do festivals- can I get more info?
We absolutely do! Festivals, large brand events, and elevated concessions are right up our alley.
We've had the pleasure of providing elevated concessions at events like the Powell Gardens Festival of Butterflies, Festival of Lights, and Dark Forest for the past few years.
We've also been the go-to caterer for bingo halls, providing delicious food weekly.
And, we've had the honor of partnering with the Rob Ellerman team for two consecutive years at #Ellermania, feeding 2,000+ guests with custom-themed food stations!
